Print Creations was Established Printing company in 2015 based in Peterborough I first started doing photography back in 2001 and started to do weddings in 2007. I wanted to give my clients a little extra with their wedding. So I started to print canvases, and we’ve been providing digital & Wide format printing services for wedding in the UK. Getting more equipment, has enabled us to provide many different types of colour printing. including: colour leaflet printing for business cards, exhibition and signage and roller banners, vinyl banners.

Digital Printing takes a different approach assembling each image from a complex set numbers and mathematical formulas. These images are captured from a matrix of dots, generally called pixels, this process is called digitising. The digitised image is then used to digitally control deposition of ink, toner or exposure to electromagnetic energy, such as light, to reproduce images. The mathematical formulas also allow for algorithms to compress the data. It also gives a method of Calibration or Color Management Systems which helps to keep images looking at the same colour despite where they are view or printed. One important function that the mathematical formulas allowed was the development of a common language for digital printing it is called PostScript and was developed by Adobe. To see what PostScript looks like open a PDF or EPS in a text editor, the code seems very intricate but to a computer it’s just a simple code of instructions.
Large format printing is an advertising medium that has been growing in popularity through time. As the name suggests, its main purpose is to support maximum print roll width. They are ideal for materials that have visual or graphic-heavy designs. Their wide images and texts make big format prints effective advertising tools. They create more impact and attract customers better than normal-sized materials. The largest size width available for large-scale prints is 61 inches.
